Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. You can choose to exchange the product or have the amount credited for your future purchase.

Queries will only be valid within 7 days of receiving your order.

COLOUR DISCLAIMER

Due to variation on devices used to view our products, such as mobile screens, tablets and desktops, the colours shown may appear different to the product you receive. This is reproduction of colours on images viewed on different devices may not be precise or accurate. It is not possible to guarantee that colours of garments you receive will be an exact match to the colour of the product you have viewed online because of this.

We also advise that some colours portrayed online may also vary due to slight changes in dye and materials that occasionally occur. We cannot be held responsible for these differences.

Just because products have the same colour name e.g. “Red” this does not guarantee that the colour “Red” is the same across all products and changes in tone and the look of the material used may still occur.

Please also do not mistake the colour of the product that is chosen for what you feel is an accurate representation of that colour.  People have different opinions on what shades of colour are used for example something that may look ‘Green’ to one person may look another shade of green to another. Please do not assume that colours across different products will match. A black t-shirt and a black onesie will both be Black but may be different tones. We do not guarantee our colours to match even with the same colour name.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
