The buyer should understand that it is their responsibility to track and check the status of their package. Cherrytop Clothing will provide tracking numbers to the customer before the package has been dispatched.

Once the package has been dispatched, Cherrytop Clothing will no longer have control over it. In cases of errors or delays caused by the courier, we will HELP resolve the issue to the best of our abilities, BUT WILL NOT be held liable or responsible for ANY delays or errors.

Our products are shipped from Johannesburg, South Africa and delivery times may vary depending on location. We cannot guarantee an exact time or date of delivery.

During sale periods, dispatch times may increase.
